Jamaican Jerk Seasoning MILD 80g with recipe

Jamaican Jerk seasoning is just great on the BBQ. Use any meat including fish. Make up the marinade and spread on your choice of meat. Rest for 3 hours up to overnight.

 

If you would like to make this truly Jamaican add an Habanero or Scotch Bonnet chilli when making up the marinade.

 

Ingredients: no fillers only pure spices, Allspice (pimento), garlic, chilli, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, pure sea salt, pepper.
